Principal Contractor – In accordance with CDM Regulations, the client has a legal duty to appoint a Principal Contractor to co-ordinate the construction phase of a project where it involves more than one contractor. Berkia & Whitney Ltd can undertake this role & discharge all relevant duties.

Principal Contractor Advisor – Where the client wishes to take on the role as PC or appoint a specific contractor to manage the works, Berkia & Whitney Ltd can be appointed to assist/advise & support this process.

By appointing Berkia & Whitney Ltd. as PC or as an on-site advisor, you can be sure that your clients’ needs are achieved via consistent high standards in the management of Health & Safety throughout all schemes.

Client Advisor – Clients have duties under the CDM Regulations. Berkia & Whitney Ltd can be appointed to advise & assist to ensure the Clients duties are being suitably discharged.

Fire Risk Assessment – Our Fire Risk Assessment will provide you with a professional report, which identifies your fire safety & electrical compliance, servicing of equipment, training, access & escape routes, locks, signage etc.

All the reports comply with “The Fire Regulatory Reform Act 2005”.
